How do you handle our data during an audit or build?

All client data is processed under a Data Processing Agreement. We access only what's needed for the scoped engagement, work in your environment where possible, and never retain client data beyond the engagement without explicit agreement. UK/EU cloud region deployment is available for all production systems.

We're in a regulated sector, can you work within our compliance requirements?

Regulated-sector compliance is our primary focus, not an afterthought. Every Sector Audit maps your workflows against sector-specific regulatory obligations, DUAA 2025 for recruitment, AML and Renters' Rights Act 2026 for property, ICAEW/ACCA-adjacent obligations for accountancy, SRA-adjacent obligations for legal. The Governance Layer is a standalone product for practices needing formal AI compliance documentation.

How does procurement work for a law firm or accountancy practice?

We publish all pricing upfront, no 'quote after audit' opacity. Every engagement starts with a fixed-scope audit or readiness check. Build proposals are written documents with clear deliverables, timelines, and payment terms before any signature. We can work within your firm's procurement process including PO numbers, staged approvals, and partner sign-off.

Should we build this ourselves or buy a platform?

Accepted Answer

For most mid-size regulated practices, the answer is neither, it's scoped automation connecting your existing CRM and practice management tools. Platforms add another subscription and another data silo. We build on what you already use, and you own the result. The Second Opinion Audit exists specifically for practices evaluating this question with existing automation in place.

Who owns the automation when the project ends?

Accepted Answer

You do. Completely. The finished workflows, documentation, and IP transfer to you at go-live. There is no exit penalty, no ongoing lock-in fee, and no clause retaining ownership of the build if you choose to leave. This is stated explicitly in every Scope of Work, not buried in terms and conditions.
