Do you work with clients outside the UK?

Yes. We work with businesses across the UK, Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, and Australasia. The studio is fully remote and has been since day one.

What currencies and payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We invoice in GBP, USD, AUD, or EUR. For East and West African clients we support KES, RWF, NGN, and GHS, and accept M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Paystack, and Flutterwave alongside card payments via Stripe.

Can I pay in instalments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For projects over £1,000 we split 50% at the start and 50% on delivery. For larger projects we propose milestone-based payment schedules. Nothing begins until the first payment is received and the scope is confirmed in writing.

Do you use templates or page builders?

Accepted Answer

No. Every site we deliver is built from scratch, designed for the business it represents, coded in Next.js, and deployed for performance. We have never shipped a template and do not intend to.

How does a discovery call work?

Accepted Answer

Thirty minutes on video. You share what you are building and what you need. We ask direct questions, then tell you what we think the right approach is, including whether we are the right fit. No presentation, no pitch. Discovery calls are always complimentary.

Are prices shown including taxes?

Accepted Answer

All published prices exclude VAT and local taxes. UK clients registered for VAT will receive a VAT-inclusive invoice. For clients outside the UK, local tax rules apply in their jurisdiction.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) is the practice of structuring your content so AI systems like ChatGPT, Claude, and Google's AI Overviews can find, understand, and recommend your business. In 2026, appearing in AI-generated answers matters as much as page one on Google. We build every site with GEO foundations included.

How long has Aedeum been operating?

The studio has been operating since 2024, with owned platforms including a vendor operations system in daily use since then. We are selective about client work, which means the portfolio is curated rather than exhaustive.

Question 9

What if the project runs over the original estimate?

Accepted Answer

Scope is written down and agreed before work begins. If a client requests changes beyond the agreed scope, we quote the additional work separately. We do not quietly absorb overruns or send surprise invoices.

Question 10

Do care plans require a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

Care plans are month-to-month after an initial two-month minimum. You can pause or cancel with 30 days' written notice. There are no exit fees.
