Project narrative
Context
Merchants we spoke with lost hours to checkout friction, manual end-of-day counts, and POS tools that failed the moment connectivity dropped. The back office rarely matched what the counter had actually sold.
Approach
SynPOS treats the counter as the source of truth during service, with sync that catches up cleanly when the network returns. We are building payment and catalogue flows in tight loops with operators, not in isolation.
What we are building
A unified POS layer that pairs with Zuqora-style operations where needed: shared lessons on multi-location inventory, staff roles, and field-ready interfaces that work under pressure.
Status
Core checkout and sync architecture are in active development. Launch markets will follow the same phased discipline we used on Zuqora: prove the counter flow first, then deepen integrations.
