Project narrative
Context
Estate-based vendors were coordinating orders across WhatsApp threads, paper notebooks, and ad hoc spreadsheets. Stock-outs went unnoticed until customers walked away; debt slipped because reminders lived in someone's memory, not a system.
Approach
We designed Zuqora around how vendors actually work: quick mobile capture, clear stock positions, and reconciliation that finance can trust. Scope was sequenced so ordering and stock shipped first, then debt and marketplace commissions once daily use was established.
What we built
A single platform where each estate runs as an isolated tenant with shared infrastructure. Operators see commissions and payouts without manual exports; vendors see what they owe and what is owed to them in real time.
Outcome
Zuqora handles live vendor operations daily in Kenya. The same engineering discipline that carried launch now supports expansion: tighter reporting, additional estates, and features driven by field feedback rather than roadmap theatre.
