Context
A founder needed to test location-based booking demand before committing to a full product team. Wireframes were not enough; investors and early users wanted something that felt real in the App Store.
Approach
We scoped to the Concept MVP tier: one complete booking loop, clean UI, and architecture that can grow without a rewrite. Features that did not serve validation were cut ruthlessly.
What we delivered
React Native app with auth, booking, location services, and a thin backend. Enough to run pilots, gather feedback, and decide whether to fund phase two.
